Responsive Menu - Text Not Shrinking Creating Double Line

We are having issue whereby our menu text is not shrinking with the screen size, and there is a spot that around 1280px wide that the menu drops down and doubles the background instead of shrinking.

Hi,

it's because you have too many menu items in header and as you can see on above screenshot, there is not enough space for logo, menu items, search and action button. We suggest to remove one of you main menu items then and move it under sub-menu.

Can we just have the menu go responsive sooner? So it doesn't do that?

Yes, you can have it of course. You can achieve this with Responsive Menu Initial width option under Theme options > Responsive section.
