If I set a layer slider smaller than 960px (website boxed full width) their is showing default black background area outside of the sliding aria.
But I want to set it in white or theme color. How can I fix it ?

To change this background color, please use below css:
.mfn-layer-slider { background: #FFF !important; }
However this color can be also changed in Theme options > Colors > Header section. Field is called "Header background".

Thanks... And I want to reduce between slider and next first item at least 100px in home page. How can I fix it?

, you setup 50px padding for section so now you must remove it from section.
