I ask it because we have notice a critical conflict with FSQM module

i already contact the author of this plugin.

he is an expert and noted the following:

/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/lib/waypoints/waypoints.min.js?ver=4.11.2.1 
This file is loading a really old version of jQuery Waypoints used in WPBakery Visual Composer

Please can you loading and relying on a new version.

for this file is responsible Visual Composer plugin. The only thing we can do is pass this message to plugin's author because there is nothing what we can do in this case on our side.
