Adding Shorecodes to a Widget

I love the Muffin Builder for pages, but where can I find the shortcode CODES to use inside widgets.

I would like to include the "Social Bar" shortcode in my footer widget area, can't figure it out, even though I have read through your documentation.

You must use text/raw shortcodes in this section. []+ button for shortcodes is inside wordpress default editor and you must paste shortcode ther and then copy/paste into widget.
