Address box on the map item not displaying correctly

I a using the muffinbuilder to construct the page located here: www.nurseskneaded.com. If I try to input the address, phone etc for the map, it displays off the screen to the right, how do I fix this and why is it doing that?

Hi,

contact box on the map works only with full width map style.

full width map widget or full width from theme settings? I have the latter selected already.

We mean that map item need to be full width (1/1 size).
