These are client items and if you want to increase images sizes, you need to play with functions/theme-functions.php file where function responsible for those images is. But to remove that grey background behind images, you need to use the following css:
1 more question...if using "call to action" would only like to show text and image (logo) not the button..how can do it? If I leave blank then still shows it.
