Section background image disappears on mobile size?

I added a background image to a section, when I shrink the window (or mobile) section background image disappears but content is still there. I couldn't find a settings for that to check. Any Ideas?

Hi,

the background does not disappear but is not responsive and never won't be. It's technical problem between responsiveness and css backgrounds.
