Hi, I need a new footer area bellow than 4 columns to write a legal text in full with size.

How is posible?

One thing more, I have a multisite wp with beTheme for diferents languages so when I edit footer.php to includie this code I change for all sites in one language, I like to can edit this text in diferents languages for every site.

How can I do it?
