Widgets disappear?

Hello - I use several sidebars with subpage menus (Muffin menu). But they disappear from time to time?

This is really annoying - what can I do? Will it help to use the standard Wordpres widgets menus?

Atm. it's a "closed" site which is not public yet...but you haven't experienced it before?

Ok found some others having the same problem - not specific with BeTheme but wordpress in general. I've changed them for the stadard wordpress sidebar menus - so will se if this fixes the problem.

Hello,
i face the same problem !! I created 4 sidebars through theme and in each of them i added some muffin menus and posts . Every time i open the "widget" page i lost the widgets from the custom sidebars .
This is really annoying as i need to add them again and again .

@ilianaex Please make sure that your sidebar names does not contain any special characters because WP does not allow to use any special characters for sidebar titles.

Unless Greek characters are special characters for you, no there is no special character.
