Different Single Post Layout

Is there anyway to change to single post layout? Like different positions for the elements such as features image, meta info, share buttons etc.

It will be nice to possible to change the layout of the blog page beyond the theme options.

can you change the default layout of every new post page created? i.e put menu on left side etc

@mitchwoods You can set layout for all post pages only and not only for the newly created ones.
