The background image there isn't lining up the same as my other pages.

Ideally I want all the pages to look like this:

Sorry but we don't get it. What exactly isn't lining up? We did checked both sides but don't get what you mean. In our opinion, all looks as should.

We are not sure if that's what you mean (grey bar under the header) but it's not the header height. It's the top padding for content which can be disabled under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
