Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias tiles not found

Hello,

I have imported the demo data for the tiles theme and I get the error that is mentioned in the discussion title of this post.

When I try to manually upload the slider files from tiles.zip i get the following error page

importing slider settings and data...

Error: Could not create directory.

How do I get this working?

I am running on amazon aws bitnami.

Hi,

looks like you need to change permissions of upload folders on FTP. More details about this message you can read on https://www.themepunch.com/faq/updateinstall-problem-create-directory/ (Yes, this concerns plugin installation but same concerns slider import).
