Muffin builder doesn't save my changes
No matter what I do, Muffin Builder doesn't save my changes at all after I click on "save changes" button then I press the "Update" button, my site doesn't reflect the changes at all. I never had any problem before but now it drives me crazy since I can't do anything on the site because the template simply doesn't save my changes.
Please suggest a solution or fix the bug.

Your suggestion solved the problem. I modified the .htaccess file (php_value max_input_vars 10000) and that solved the issue.
