Sticky Header formatting is completely messed up

The sticky header is completely messed up - it squishes all the menu items to gether and moves them to the bottom. I haven't done any custom CSS or anything with this site - I just started it.

looks like you forgot to set up Main Menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.
