Reduce bottom margin of header

I downloaded Energy Demo and disabled the subheader. Now there´s a blank scape bettwen the header/menu and the next section bellow. How can I change this margin?

Hi,

this is Content padding which can be disabled under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
