Set Permalink structure for portfolio so item permalink comes after category link.

Is it possible to set the permalinks to follow a structure such as domain.com/portfolio-category-slug/portfolio-category/portfolio-item-name

An example of this would be the following with the image below

Example: domain.com/categories/email/sample-item 

Is there a certain structure I need to use in the Permalinks section of the site?
