sale_products shortcode doesn't work

as mentioned in the title on Be Theme the use of the woocommerce shortcode [sale_products per_page="12"] doesn't works: essentially nothing appears;

if i use [recent_products per_page="12" columns="4"] this one works (for example)

Someone can understand the source of the problem?

Sorry but we can not agree with you because this shortcode is fine. You must set something wrong or you just don't have products on sales. We suggest you to check the following screenshots where we presented how this item supposed to be set:

I'm using catalogue mode and all my products don't have prices... maybe that's the problem...

You know if there is any shortcode to "show all products" sales or not, price or not... ALL?
