Ok, thanks. So to change background color of Icon Box and the title, you need to use the following css:
.icon_box { background: #000 !important; }
.icon_box .desc_wrapper h4 { color: #FFF !important; }

To make them same sizes, please try some
section
or wrap styles like Equal Height of Items in wrap | equal-height
