How to import default theme in Betheme (not the demo, but default theme)

I tried several times but failed (based on what i read it is because the default theme has a lot of file and attachment)
is there any simple version of the default theme, like only the homepage and the menu ?
*from all the demo, it seems like that the default theme is the one i want to use

No, we do not have anything like homepage with just menu. If you want default theme, you need to import complete default demo. But if it's too heavy for you, just import it without attachments.
