Dynamic domain name and prefix for image path?

After the first installation of theme, all images follow the formal below -

http://www.sample.com/oldSite/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/home_university_tabber_4.jpg

Obviously we will get a lot of broken images when moving the site to a new domain/sitename, e.g. "http://www.newsample.com/newSite".

So, when we build pages, is there a way to make the domain name and sitename dynamic, e.g. [DOMAIN_NAME]/[SITE_NAME_PREFIX]/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/home_university_tabber_4.jpg? This way we don't have to change any of the site content during migration.

Hi,

while site migration, we always use 2 plugins and did never had any problems with content or settings migration. Those plugins are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migration Tool.
