Split Menu Logo horizontal padding too much

Hi there! Hope you can help. 

I installed the demo Massage - with full width | split menu | transparent | sticky header. 

I have 4 items on either side of the logo.

On my large screen 40cm screen all items on either side is all in one row. When I open the site on the laptop screen 35cm the last item on the right falls in below and it makes the sticky header look thick and untidy.  The site switches to responsive with menu icon at the usual size for tablet - 

Can this be fixed? I'm thinking if the menu items can move closer to the logo in middle then perhaps that one item won't fall off.

Hi there! The site is still "under construction" I can give printscreens if you like.

I played with turning the full width header OFF but then the menu item falls off on the bigger screen as well.

I tried dropping the Home and the Contact us - ans then everything works - but I still need to know how then to minimize the horizontal padding of logo
