We have checked already theme and Be|Event is included into theme package. But this works as homepage, not full demo. Please explain here what is exactly problem why you can`t upload it yourself and we`ll try to help.
Yes, there is file in betheme.zip\betheme\functions\importer\demo\homepage folder but as we explained in comments section you don`t need to import file. Instead you can use "BeTheme Demo Data" from where you can import this content with just 1 click. You can see it at the following screenshot http://snag.gy/8iNOK.jpg
