Mobile/Tablet Menu and site view

Hi,

Could you tell me, how can i change the (responsive) menu backround color and text color in mobile/tablet view (Yoga theme)?

And could you help me, how can i change the header title size in responsive mobile or tablet view, because some title is oversize, and some character is disapparing.
