2 columns on mobile

Hi there,
We're trying to get our icon boxes to be in two columns, right next to each other, across all browser types (mobile, tablet, desktop) and saw that this was possible on previous versions of the theme, but isn't now? How might we accomplish this?

My mistake – I double checked and saw that it was possible with Visual Composer but not with your Muffin Builder. Will try that instead. Thanks anyway.
