Max Width Not Working In Chrome or Firefox

I have the top section of the web page linked above set to Background | Position "Parallax" and the Advanced Style set to "Default". 

 The background image is not resizing to cover the entire width of the browser in Chrome and Firefox, but it looks accurate in Safari. Can you help me determine what is causing this and how to fix it?

Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit) on Mac

Firefox Version 45.0.2 on Mac

Yes, we know but the background on above page is full width what you can see on the following screenshot http://pasteboard.co/1bthsMGe.png

The problem must be related with the image size if it does not look on your screen the same as on our side. Please upload FULL HD image size then (1920x1080px) and check.
