Team email link broken

Hi, in my team page, the email link is not working (http://www.thbseguros.cl/directores-comerciales/), when I click the link it throws this url http://www.thbseguros.cl/directores-comerciales/href= instead of creating an email link. Please help me out as to what may be happening.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
