parallax not working properly

I have installed a photo the same size as the one in the demo and when I look at the website, the photo is pushed up to the top instead of being centered. Could you please advise how to fix this issue?

Hi,

we checked your site but to be honest we do nor see anything wrong. Could you explain what exactly you want to do? And please also send us link to our demo where you saw something similar as you want to do.

The photo of the lady on the parallax portion her head is under the menu bar when you first click on the page. The template that I am using is the BeGlasses and the page that I am referring to on BeGlasses is the Our Company page. I am using the same page format and yet my photo is cut off but the one on the demo is not. I would like for the image to be centered on the parallax just like on the demo. Thanks in advance

But this is how it supposed to work. What you need do is add more grey background for the image to the top. That's all you need to do.

I have used the same size image as the one on the demo, with the same settings so I am not sure as to why the top of the photo goes under the menu bar

In any software where you work with images, like Photoshop. If you look at http://new.rladesignsconcepts.com/redesign/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/eventpgbanner5.png you see that image is sticky to the top itself. You need to add more space from the top.

Anyway, we are glad to know that you sorted it out!
