how can i use the Skills and Progress Icons shortcodes?

those items exists as raw shortcodes and you can find them under []+ button which is located on WP editor. For more details about shortcodes, please check the documentation.

Okay, Progress Items i found, but no Skills...

And i can´t find skills or Progress Items in the documentation...

Type CTRL+F and look for "Progress" and you see that it is in the documentation of course. Skills and Progress icons are the same item but with different content:

Skills:

[bar title="Aenean fermen" value="60"]
[bar title="Quisque lorem" value="47"]

Progress Icons:

[progress_icons icon="icon-heart-line" count="12" active="8" background=""]
[progress_icons icon="icon-thumbs-up" count="12" active="6" background=""]
