display categories in a Hierarchical order?

Is there a way to display categories in a Hierarchical order?

It actually orders categories by alphabetical order, and i need it to be: category first and sub-category second.

I've tried using category order plugin  but it wont work on post categories in blog modules.

Any recommendation?
