Demo Download Issue

I am trying to download the HR demo but keep getting this message:

Before starting the import you need to install all plugins that you want to use.
If you are planning to use the shop, please also remember about WooCommerce plugin.

Meanwhile all plugins have been installed and activated.

Kindly assist with this problem.
