reducing the space between items in a section

If you are going in and looking at the tabs--sent my creds earlier today--can you please tell me how to reduce the space between the bottom of the tabbed search box (items in Muffin Builder) and the top of Find a Journal by Title (item in MB)? Seems like there is too much space between the items inside a wrap.If you are going in anyway. I'm a librarian, not a developer btw
