Items disappearing from Muffin Builder

Hi,

I am adding items to the muffin builder, then hitting Save, and Update, and when the page refreshes, they are no longer there. I repeated this process at least 10 times, and the same thing keeps happening. The newly added items are simply disappearing when I update the page.

Any help would be appreciated !
