duplicated posts on post page / contact form removing from front page

Hi,

first: When I assign a page for blogpost page, My posts always appear twice on the post page: http://www.lulatsch.ch/auktorial/

How can I fix that?

second: When I use the same page as blogpost and homepage in settings, the contactform automatically appears on the bottom of the front page - how can I remove that?
