Slider behind menu - center menu

I'm trying to find out how to go ahead and make the slider go behind the menu and logo, exactly like frdistilling dot com.

Also I like how they have the top bar for the social icons, and a kind of two different faded backgrounds for the logo and the menu to make each part different.  Doable?

With that being said, I was also trying to keep the menu bar center and close the gap between the logo and the menu, also similar to their site.

Thanks in advance for the help, love the theme and I know it's able to do what theirs does but look a lot nicer and cleaner.

this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
