Change Line Spacing in Footer Widgets and Sidebar Menu

Hello,

Curious what CSS code I would need to use to change the line spacing between items in the footer and on the sidebar. Client wants them not spaced so far apart between the vertical selections (ex Blog Posts and Legal Menu)
