The last section on page can't save custom class or add padding etc

Hi Muffin Group firstly thank you for the beautiful theme. I have been using your theme which I recently purchased and have noticed that the last section can't save the custom classes or when I add padding or anything to the section it will reset itself back to default. This happens when I am adding the 5th section box and I have tried hours of various boxes etc and looked at any conflicts but nothing found but it seems to happen when in any of my sections I add two wraps split 1/2

Any ideas?
