if you mean content which goes behind header, you need to switch to another header type because the current one you use is transparent. The sense of being transparent is that anything goes behind it.
In another words I want to have left sidebar like in electric demo.
For testing I have installed fresh updated betheme version, electric demo (http://vdizainas.lt/istrinti-iskart/offer/) and you can see that the sidebar is missing in general.
Ok, thanks for explanation and those details. However, looks like your server does not support wp_remote_get() function which is a default WP function btw. wp_remote_get() uses loopbacks and this could be the reason why you are unable to import complete pre-made layout. So or you will contact with your admin and ask him if he can remove those limits for you or you need to import demo without paying attention to errors and after that import muffin options manually.
Anyway, if above won't work as you wish, please tell us what's wrong with the sidebar bar? Because we do not understand what exactly you want to achieve.

If i turn on the sidebar (http://vdizainas.lt/istrinti-iskart/how-we-work/) first section goes right, but not full width, like in demo.
