Shortcode for one testimonial?

Hi there - Is there a shortcode that I can use if I want to insert ONE testimonial into a body of content?

I've found info on shortcodes for a Testimonial List, and for the Rotating Testimonials... but I can't seem to find out how to insert just ONE.

Please advise --
