Fixed Background scrolling (on mobile) ?

On desktop background stays but when I go to mobile and scroll background moves too, how can I make it fixed (or whatever it is called,I am trying to make background static non-scrollable only content could be scroll)

No it was general background from betheme settings but I fixed it. I made it section background and it worked. When it was a general background, it was sliding to top cause page's content was long. (on mobile)
