Membership problem

I have installed all kind of memberships plugin to protect content on certain pages.  The content is only protected when you use the main wordpress editor at the top of the page.  If you use the muffin builder it's not protected.  How can I solve, betheme is wonderful theme so I have use many of site But If not resolve this issue, I am going to be disappoint please help me
