My Menu Tab Bar has started to scroll

I have the fixed menu option chosen. A day ago the menu started to scroll down on the blog page and individual post pages rather than staying fixed to the top of the page. I do not know what to do.

Hi,

Fixed menu means it's fixed for all the time and it doesn't matter if you scroll down or not. It's always in the same position and this is how it works exactly.

YES, I realize it is supposed to be fixed; HOWEVER, it is not fixed on my blog and post pages. INSTEAD, it is scrolling down the page with the scroll bar.

It just started doing this. Please look at the link to see what I am talking about.

But it is not scrolling on above page. It works exactly the same as on homepage and any other page (it's fixed).
