quick contact form...

I'm use cleaner demo of betheme and i want static quick contact form on slider....i put shortcode of contact form 7 in revolution slider but its showing very small and hide some part in mobile device.... please provide me solution...my link is- http://swamisamarthapestcontrol.in/

as far as we know, forms does not work properly with Rev Slider and our theme has nothing to this. The problem is between plugins only what means there is nothing what we can do on our end.
