I have the BeTheme installed on http://pepelight.com

How I can chage the Secondary Menu text colour? I don't found on BeTheme Color Options.

Hey,

you can change it's color with an extra css:

#Header .secondary-menu > li > a { color: #FFF !important; }
#Header .secondary-menu > li > a:hover { color: #FFF !important; }
#Header .secondary-menu > li:hover { background-color: #000 !important; }
