Muffin Builder has disappeared?

Updated the latest version and it seems we have lost Muffin Builder/page options section. Visual Composer is still there but that seems to just load.

any ideas or suggestions to fix this please?

Already deactivated and reactivated the plugins but still the same.

Hi,

Maybe you disabled builder under Theme options > Global > Advanced section?

Builder visibility on. Content display - muffin builder/wordpress editor.

Anything else we can check?

This is all you supposed to do. However, if it somehow still does not work, you can enable Hide The Content option and use WP's content as Muffin Builder item. This item is Content WP and that way you can put it anywhere you want.
