Short Codes Cheatsheet?

I have reviewed the page linked here (http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography#buttons) but I am unable to figure out how to write a short code for the buttons that have a thin stroke border and do not have a background color as shown here:

Can you tell me the short code for these style buttons?

Hey,

all raw/text shortcodes you can find under []+ button which is included into WP default editor. You can also check in the documentation, where we described how to use them. But the style for button can be set under Theme options > Global > General section.

P.S. We work on new BeTheme presentation where all items would be listed with their shortcodes it it would be much easier and faster to get needful shortcode.

Is it possible to have a flat button and a stroke button on the same page?

No, it is not possible. You can only have one style per site.
