Semi-transparent menu over a fullscreen slider

Hi,

I've configured a fullscreen slider and I'd like to put a semi-transparent menu bar at the lower part of this slider.

Now I'm using "Below slider" style but I'd like to be like windows desktop bar... I'm explaining correctly? ^^.
