Anchor links / drop down menu

Hello, 

Sorry but i am really new to wordpress and thi sin general!

I am working off of the Hotel theme and slowly switching out demo content, for our own...

My goal is within the menu, that when you hover over ROOMS you can either click and land on the ROOMS page, or the drop down will appear with different room categories (for now, i only have one labeled Two Bedroom Condo) which will anchor link to a specific section of the ROOMS page.

I cannot figure out how to set the anchor link within the rooms page, so the menu knows where to go. Please help!!!? Is it in Muffin Builder??

Thanks for looking at it. Basically if i want the sub menu "two bedroom condos" to link to a lower section in the Rooms page, what do i need to add to the Rooms page so the link directs to the correct place?
