How do a import a template

Hi I purchased the theme last night and tried to get a slider from Revolution Slider but when I tried to get a free template it asked me to load it locally or online.  If i hit online it takes me to their site and tells me that if i have the plugin as part of a theme them i cant register so try and import locally.  So hit locally and it asks me to import a specified zip file, however from the theme download i cant seem to fine the required zip file.  I am new to all this so its probably human error so sorry if this is a bit basic, how do i get a template?

Hi i was trying to import Web product light hero.

This is one of those special sliders that comes after plugin purchase. We are sorry but those are not included as it's not allowed by plugin's author and if you want to get these slides, you need to buy an external license for plugin.
