Button "hire us " on the header on it Service

I have this problem with the green button "hire us!" on the nav bar of It service.
I would like to delete it. I try to find something on the dashboard but I don't see anything.

it's Action Button which can be disabled under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
