Merge two menu's (desktop) into one (mobile devices)

If you take a look at http://www.rockstart.com/ on a desktop or laptop, you will see two menu's: one black and one white

If you take a look at the same website on a mobile device, you will see that the hamburger houses both menu's

I have tried the same construction here: http://www.thenextwomen.com/

Using the social menu for the top bar, it works on desktop and laptop.

If you take a look at my website on a mobile device, only the bottom menu will be in the hamburger

Is there a(n easy) way to make this possible?

I have seen the possibility to remove the social menu on mobile, but in that situation I'll miss those items. Would it be possible to add those items to the regular menu only on mobile devices?
